That being said, the product must be removed from its original packaging. Once the product is fully assembled, initially configured, and fully tested, it is repackaged in the original box with all included accessories and documentation. As a VAR, NAS HQ will then ship your fully assembled purchase in BRAND NEW, unopened condition. THE DEVICE WILL BE OPERATIONAL UPON DELIVERY. IN SOME CASES, FURTHER CONFIGURATION MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENT AND USE THE DEVICE. DISKLESS PRODUCTS ARE NOT TESTED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, AND ARE FULLY COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BY THE DEVICE MANUFACTURER.
NAS HQ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ABILITY OF THE BUYER TO SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENT AND USE THE DEVICE. SOME DEVICES REQUIRE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF BOTH NETWORKING AND HARDWARE. Pending any unexpected delays, all products GENERALLY ship within five business days OF CLEARED PAYMENT. Upon shipment, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. In the event of an unexpected delay, every effort will be made to assemble and ship your purchase as soon as possible.

All purchases are shipped requiring signature confirmation. If nobody is there to receive the delivery, a card will be left. You can then either request redelivery, or simply go and pick up your purchase at a local office location.
